Document Review (Stage 1 Audit)
5–10 daysOur qualified auditor conducts a thorough review of your management system documentation. You will receive a detailed Stage 1 Audit Report identifying any gaps before the on-site audit.

On-site Audit (Stage 2)
1–3 days on-siteA qualified lead auditor visits your premises to assess the implementation and effectiveness of your management system. Remote audits are also available for eligible organisations.

NC Closure & Certification Decision
5–15 daysAny nonconformities (NCs) raised during audit must be addressed with documented corrective actions. Once satisfactorily closed, the certification decision is made by our independent review committee.

Certificate Issuance
Within 5 working daysYour ISO certificate is issued digitally and physically, with a unique certificate number listed on our public verification register. Certificates are valid for 3 years.

Surveillance & Recertification
