Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Anglia Compliance website and the provision of ISO certification services by Anglia Compliance Ltd ("Anglia Compliance", "we", "us"). By applying for our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Certification Services
Anglia Compliance provides ISO management system certification services accredited by EQSAB (Eurasian Quality Standards Accreditation Body). Our services include document review (Stage 1 audit), on-site or remote assessment (Stage 2 audit), certificate issuance, surveillance audits, and recertification. Our accreditation by EQSAB ensures that our certification processes, auditor competency standards, and impartiality procedures meet internationally benchmarked requirements. Clients are responsible for determining whether our certifications meet their specific contractual, regulatory, or legal requirements prior to applying.
3. Application & Contract
By submitting a certification application, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. A binding contract is formed upon our written acceptance of your application and receipt of the applicable application fee. We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion without providing reasons.
4. Fees & Payment
All fees are detailed in the certification proposal issued to you prior to audit commencement. Fees are due as stated in the proposal. Late payment may result in suspension of certification services. All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Additional travel and accommodation expenses for on-site audits outside Greater London will be communicated and agreed in advance.
5. Client Obligations
As a certification client, you agree to: • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information throughout the certification process • Grant auditors reasonable access to premises, records, personnel, and processes • Implement and maintain the management system in accordance with the applicable ISO standard • Notify Anglia Compliance promptly of any significant changes to your organisation, scope, or management system • Use Anglia Compliance certification marks only in accordance with our mark usage policy • Pay all fees in accordance with the agreed payment schedule
6. Certificate Suspension & Withdrawal
Anglia Compliance reserves the right to suspend or withdraw a certificate where: • The certified management system is found to be non-compliant with the relevant ISO standard • Required surveillance audits are not completed within the agreed schedule • Fees remain unpaid following reasonable notice • The certificate is misused or used outside its stated scope • The client has provided false or misleading information Suspended or withdrawn certificates must be returned, and the client must cease all use of certification marks.
7. Impartiality & Confidentiality
Anglia Compliance is committed to impartial and independent certification decisions. Our auditors and staff are subject to conflict of interest policies and may not audit organisations where a conflict exists. We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or where it is already publicly available.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anglia Compliance's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profit, loss of contracts, or reputational damage, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
9. Complaints & Appeals
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services or a certification decision, you may submit a formal complaint or appeal in writing to [email protected]. We will acknowledge receipt within 5 working days and aim to resolve the matter within 30 working days. Appeals against certification decisions will be reviewed by a panel independent of the original auditor.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
